Drop files here or click to browse Spreadsheets (xlsx, xls, csv, ods) · Publications (pdf, txt) · Citations (ris, bib) Look up DOIs on CrossRef (sends only the DOI) Fill country, state & county from coordinates (sends coordinates to OpenStreetMap) Look up authors’ ORCID iDs (sends author names and DOIs to orcid.org)

Files are read in your browser and never uploaded. Only DOIs, titles, author names and coordinates go to CrossRef, ORCID and OpenStreetMap (if checked), and papers go to Claude only if you use it below.

✦ Deeper extraction with Claude optional

Pattern matching finds DOIs, coordinates, lab numbers and similar. Claude can read the paper’s full text and tables to fill in site descriptions, collection details and dates. The PDF is sent to the Anthropic API using your own key.
